Trainee/Entry Level Sales
Inside Sales
Inside Sales is RBI’s premier telephone sales team, consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering outstanding results. Our £13M business is generated from all areas of RBI’s diverse portfolio, including display, classified, online and projects for amongst others, Aerospace, Hospitality, Agriculture, Personal Care and Road Transport. If it can be sold over the phone, our sales professionals will close the deal.

You will receive an induction consisting of a 2 week training programme designed to enable a smooth transition into the live environment, followed by constant “on the job” coaching from senior staff.
The starting salary is £18.5k, how much more you earn is down to you. Our highest achievers averaged 45% of their basic in bonus last year.
